Everything we sell is on the shelf in Sharjah. Orders placed before 4pm, Saturday to Thursday, are packed and handed over the same day. Anything after that, or on a Friday, goes out the next working day.

International rates are calculated by weight and size at checkout. Very heavy or awkward items are quoted separately, see below.
Big items
Bumpers, doors, bonnets, tailgates, engines, gearboxes, and front or half cuts cannot go by normal courier. When you order one of these, the site takes the part price only and we come back to you with a freight quote within one working day. You can accept it, arrange your own forwarder, or collect.
Cuts and engines are crated before they leave. Photos of the crated item are sent before it is loaded.
Tracking
A tracking number goes out by email and WhatsApp the moment the shipment is collected from us. If you have not received one within 24 hours of ordering, message us with your order number rather than waiting.
Packing
Control units and electronics go out in anti-static bags inside a rigid box. Lights are foam wrapped and double boxed. Body panels are corner protected and wrapped. If something arrives damaged in transit, photograph the box before you open it fully, that photo is what a carrier claim depends on.
