These terms cover anything bought from Dubai Parts, whether through this site, on WhatsApp, or at the yard. The seller is AL IBDAA AL MUTAMAYEZ USED CARS AND SPARE PARTS TR. L.L.C., Street 29, Industrial Area 3, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

1. What we sell

Used original parts removed from vehicles, sold as seen. Almost everything is a single piece, so once it is gone we cannot supply another until the same part comes off another car. Photographs on a listing are of the actual part unless the listing says otherwise.

2. Condition grades

Grade	What it means
A	Tested where testing is possible, minor handling marks at most
B	Working, with visible wear, scratches or marks
C	Cosmetic damage such as dents or scuffed paint, function unaffected

3. Fitment is checked by the buyer

Model and year alone do not confirm that a part fits. The same car can carry different modules, lights and panels depending on options and build date. Match the number stamped on your original part with the number on the listing before you order. If you are not sure, send us the number and we will check it against the part in our hand. We are happy to do that, and it takes a minute.

4. Coding and programming

We sell parts. We do not code, programme or pair modules to vehicles, and we do not supply software. Where coding is needed, the listing says so. Arrange it with a workshop that has the right diagnostic equipment before you buy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5% where it applies. We accept bank transfer, cash at the yard, and card. Parts remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

6. Warranty

Every part carries 14 days from delivery. Within that period, a part that fails or turns out not to be as described is refunded or replaced.

The warranty covers the part. It does not cover fitting costs, diagnostic time, towing, hire cars, lost earnings, or damage caused by incorrect fitting. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the part.

7. Where the warranty does not apply

Parts fitted by someone without the right equipment, where that caused the failure
Modules damaged during coding or by a fault elsewhere in the car
Parts modified, repainted, drilled or opened
Items sold as spares or repairs, marked on the listing
Normal wear on a used part, for example a polished headlight lens

9. Export

For shipments outside the UAE, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for duties, taxes, clearance and any local approvals. We declare goods accurately and will not undervalue a shipment.

10. Trademarks

BMW, Mercedes-Benz and the model and chassis names on this site belong to their manufacturers. We use them to describe which vehicles a part came from or fits. Nothing here implies that we are an agent of either manufacturer.
